I’m 16, in high school, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve had this deep desire to create something different. I wouldn’t call myself the best artist—I didn’t grow up winning art contests or anything like that—but I’ve always had ideas. I saw skateboards everywhere, but they all looked the same. Same shapes. Same recycled graphics. That’s when I realized I didn’t need to be the best artist—I just needed to bring something unique to the table.

 

I’ve always loved skateboarding. Not just the tricks or the speed, but the culture—how it gives people a way to express themselves. I wanted to be part of that. I wanted to build a brand that wasn’t just about a board—it was about what the board represents. That’s where Caprileo & Co. came from.

 

I started designing decks not because I was a pro at drawing, but because I had a vision. I wanted my boards to feel different—to stand out. Every deck I make is crafted with Canadian 7-ply maple, the real stuff. Strong, reliable, made to skate hard or hang up as a piece of self-expression. I focus on quality and originality, not mass production.

 

Caprileo & Co. is my way of turning creativity into something real. It’s for the people who want something with meaning, something that doesn’t blend in. Because like me, you don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be authentic.
